Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of SDI-AI Smart, a warehouse intelligence platform operated by Sky Drone Indonesia. By accessing the platform, an authorised user agrees to follow these Terms and the policies of the organisation that provided the account.
1. Authorised use
SDI-AI Smart is provided for legitimate warehouse, inventory, audit, evidence, reporting and approved integration activities. Users must use only accounts and devices assigned to them and must protect passwords, access tokens and device credentials.
2. Prohibited conduct
Users must not bypass access controls, interfere with platform operation, introduce malicious code, extract data without authority, misrepresent evidence, reverse engineer proprietary components except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the platform in violation of law or customer instructions.
3. Inventory and evidence records
Users are responsible for checking BIN, pallet, SKU, quantity, location, photograph, video and approval information before relying on it. Uploaded evidence must be relevant, lawful and free of unnecessary personal or confidential information.
4. AI-assisted results
AI and computer-vision outputs are decision-support information, not guaranteed facts. They can be incomplete or incorrect and require review by an authorised person. Warehouse, safety, financial and operational decisions must not rely solely on an automated result.
5. Drone operations
Where drone or controller functions are used, the pilot and operating organisation remain responsible for aircraft condition, safe operation, permissions, airspace compliance, site safety and compliance with manufacturer instructions and applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
SDI-AI Smart's original software, interface, documentation and branding are owned by or licensed to Sky Drone Indonesia. No ownership transfers to a user. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own terms and licences.
7. Availability and changes
The platform may be maintained, updated, suspended or changed for security, legal or operational reasons. Features may depend on connectivity, subscriptions, hardware, external providers and administrator configuration.
8. Disclaimer and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant customer agreement, the platform is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users and customers remain responsible for backups, verification, operational controls and lawful use.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, unauthorised use, breach of these Terms, expiration of a subscription or instruction from the responsible customer administrator.
10. Governing framework and contact
These Terms are governed by the applicable customer agreement and the laws of Indonesia, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions should be directed to the account administrator or Sky Drone Indonesia through its official published support channel.
